    Cylinder head gasket

    Uprated composite head gasket to fit Speed 6 engines. This head gasket has been developed to ensure perfect sealing of the head gasket face for both the high pressure oil supply and coolant. The standard head gasket material has been treated with a 2 stage silicone application process. The first process applies a clear "flood" coat of silicone over the whole of the composite material surface to ensure absolute lack of permeability to both coolant and oil. The second process applies a silicone beading to both gasket faces to further seal all water jacket and oil ways. The gasket incorporates the latest cooling hole arrangement which focuses the coolant flow towards the rear of the engine to ensure number 6 cylinder is adequately cooled. The high pressure oil ways are reinforced with both a tin insert and silicone beading to allow for the higher oil pressure as seen with the FFF engines but still take the small O ring. This head gasket is a significant upgrade on the standard composite gasket which will no longer be supplied. This is the head gasket to suits both the standard 96mm bore as well as the 96.50mm oversize. The thickness of this composite head gasket is approximately 0.060". We recommend fitting composite head gaskets with Wellseal jointing compound.Made in England.

    Delivery Guide for the UK

    Our standard delivery in the UK for smaller items is Royal Mail First Class. For items over 2kg we use APC/FedEx next day.

    Our aim is to deliver parts to our customers as soon as possible but please be advised that even with these services this can take up to 3 working days.

    Overseas Delivery Guide

    Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders delivered outside of the UK.

    These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.

    Where volumetric weights dictate (i.e. large parts, i.e. windscreens, panels, etc.) we reserve the right to contact customer to advise of a true delivery cost.

    Typical delivery times outside of the UK are between 5 and 21 days but are subject to customs clearance and local delivery facilities.

    Our standard Delivery outside the UK for smaller items is Royal Mail. For items over 2kg we use FedEx Express.

    All parts on our website are shown with their prices exclusive and inclusive of UK VAT (currently 20%).

    UK VAT will be automatically added to all UK orders.

    UK VAT will not be added to orders being shipped outside the UK.

    Motaclan Ltd cannot advise on, or be responsible for, any Customs or Import Duties or Taxes that are subsequently imposed on your order once it arrives in your country. Please confirm what extra charges your order is likely to incur before confirming the order with us.

    Our database knows the weight of every part listed on our website, so in the majority of cases automatic delivery options can be chosen at the checkout. Unfortunately, penalties will be imposed by all dlivery companies if a parcel is particularly large in size compared to its weight, this is commonly known as “voluming out”. This means that sometimes we are unable to accurately quote delivery for orders until we have packed the parcel and confirmed the delivery cost.

    Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply in countries outside of the United Kingdom. All duties and taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country, over which we have no control. Please note that it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay all duties and taxes.
