Motaclan bought a known business (Racing Green), absorbing their range of products. But Motaclan have done more than that, they have begun to engineer a couple of improved parts to solve known problems with the original cars, and find upgrade replacements for delisted items. I have bought a few items from them, a mix of fundamental mechanical parts to simple steering rack gaiters - and in this instance I bought what I believed to be the right part due to description, but when I fitted it I found it to be wrong because my car has an earlier version of the PAS rack - which I didn't know. Motaclan helped me to find the right part, and kindly sent the right part free of charge, so I paid their kindness forward by offering the first gaiter set to other TVR owners with the later PAS rack (which was snapped up quickly). Clearly this is not a common situation, and I don't expect Motaclan to be giving things out for free, but I was grateful for their attitude and willingness to help solve the problem, and will continue to refer to them for parts as needed, and their pricing is competitive too.
