Classic Jaguar Parts

Jaguar is a luxury car brand of Jaguar Land Rover. Jaguar started life in 1922 as the Swallow Sidecar Company, and originally, as the name suggests, made motorcycle sidecars before it started developing bodies for passenger cars. After several ownership and name changes, the company’s name was changed in 1945 from S. S. Cars to Jaguar Cars.

Over the years, ownership changed further still until 2008 when it was bought by Tata Motors. Tata created Jaguar Land Rover as a subsidiary holding company and in 2013 Jaguar Cars was merged with Land Rover to form Jaguar Land Rover Limited as the single design, manufacture, sales business and brand owner for both the Jaguar and Land Rover businesses.
