    Exhaust manifolds and sports catalytic converters

    Ultra high specification equal tuned length exhaust manifolds for all TVR Speed 6 engined cars. These Speed 6 exhaust manifolds are a direct replacement for the standard items. The manifolds are manufactured from Stainless Steel 304 throughout which both resists corrosion and is exceptionally strong. They have been fabricated to the very highest standard with each of the six pipes from the engine having been re-engineered to make them identical in length, unlike the standard TVR manifolds. These equal length primary pipes are specifically designed to maximise both power and torque increases and engine response. These manifolds fit the standard TVR catalytic converters but for maximum performance must be fitted with Racing Green TVRs Sports catalytic converters. These manifolds are made exclusively for Racing Green TVR by Chris Tullett Exhausts who have an extensive motorsport pedigree with experience at all levels of Motor Racing up to and including F1. Full exhaust systems can be supplied to order to maximise power outputs. These manifolds can be supplied with the Zircotec coating which significantly reduces the underbonnet heat when compared to the standard TVR tubular exhaust manifolds. Racing Green TVR will supply the Sports catalytic converters at specially reduced price if purchased at the same time as these Speed 6 exhaust manifolds. Please note that these TVR Speed 6 manifolds do not come with catalytic converters which will have to be purchased in addition.

    Delivery Guide for the UK

    Our standard delivery in the UK for smaller items is Royal Mail First Class. For items over 2kg we use APC/FedEx next day.

    Our aim is to deliver parts to our customers as soon as possible but please be advised that even with these services this can take up to 3 working days.

    This guide does not include areas designated as ‘Highlands and Islands’…These include postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS, IV, JE, IM, KW, PA, PH, TD, ZE.     Overseas Delivery Guide

    Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders delivered outside of the UK.

    These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.

    Where volumetric weights dictate (i.e. large parts, i.e. windscreens, panels, etc.) we reserve the right to contact customer to advise of a true delivery cost.

    Typical delivery times outside of the UK are between 5 and 21 days but are subject to customs clearance and local delivery facilities.

    Our standard Delivery outside the UK for smaller items is Royal Mail. For items over 2kg we use FedEx Express.

    All parts on our website are shown with their prices exclusive and inclusive of UK VAT (currently 20%).

    UK VAT will be automatically added to all UK orders.

    UK VAT will not be added to orders being shipped outside the UK.

    Motaclan Ltd cannot advise on, or be responsible for, any Customs or Import Duties or Taxes that are subsequently imposed on your order once it arrives in your country. Please confirm what extra charges your order is likely to incur before confirming the order with us.

    Our database knows the weight of every part listed on our website, so in the majority of cases automatic delivery options can be chosen at the checkout. Unfortunately, penalties will be imposed by all dlivery companies if a parcel is particularly large in size compared to its weight, this is commonly known as “voluming out”. This means that sometimes we are unable to accurately quote delivery for orders until we have packed the parcel and confirmed the delivery cost.

    Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply in countries outside of the United Kingdom. All duties and taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country, over which we have no control. Please note that it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay all duties and taxes.
