    Cylinder head FFF Design EVO 2

    Complete uprated FFF cylinder head for the TVR Speed 6 engine. This is the new complete Finger Follower Free cylinder head design. Following the original supplier of this cylinder head ceasing to trade we embarked on further development and is now again able to offer this fabulous upgrade as an even higher performance upgrade. This cylinder head is available as a complete replacement cylinder head and is a direct replacement for the standard cylinder head. The head is supplied with all valves fitted and a complete set of cam followers and the correct camshafts. There are numerous benefits to this upgraded cylinder head, the main one being there are no finger followers at all due to the design being based around inverted bucket type followers. The head casting itself is totally new and incorporates the highest quality seats, guides, studs and bearing caps. The valve seats are ultra high specification steel and are fully rated for unleaded fuels and are far more durable than the standard TVR aluminium bronze seats. It comes fitted with new ultra high specification lightened inlet and exhaust valves and reduced strength valve springs. The cam bucket followers are reduced in size from the first generation FFF and are splash fed by oil from the cam bearings. All oilways are integral to the cylinder head and oilways and coolant galleries are fully pressure tested prior to sale. The camshafts can either be driven by the uprated simplex drive chain system upgrade or by the standard TVR duplex system. This cylinder head is totally interchangeable for the standard TVR cylinder head and should be seriously considered for any uprated engine builds. The combined weight saving in the valve train on the FFF is circa 4.6 kgs if driven by the simplex drive system. Currently this cylinder head gives a headline fiqure of 430bhp 4.0 litre TVR Speed 6 engine carried out on the Surrey Rolling Road but is currently ongoing development which is expected to raise these figures significantly. Watch this space. The FFF engined TVR Tuscan demonstrator was driven by Richard Hammond for his "Hammond drives the Icons" series recently after which he decribed the car as "really rather brilliant". The FFF engine really is the best upgrade you can give your TVR!

    Delivery Guide for the UK

    Our standard delivery in the UK for smaller items is Royal Mail First Class. For items over 2kg we use APC/FedEx next day.

    Our aim is to deliver parts to our customers as soon as possible but please be advised that even with these services this can take up to 3 working days.

    Overseas Delivery Guide

    Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders delivered outside of the UK.

    These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.

    Where volumetric weights dictate (i.e. large parts, i.e. windscreens, panels, etc.) we reserve the right to contact customer to advise of a true delivery cost.

    Typical delivery times outside of the UK are between 5 and 21 days but are subject to customs clearance and local delivery facilities.

    Our standard Delivery outside the UK for smaller items is Royal Mail. For items over 2kg we use FedEx Express.

    All parts on our website are shown with their prices exclusive and inclusive of UK VAT (currently 20%).

    UK VAT will be automatically added to all UK orders.

    UK VAT will not be added to orders being shipped outside the UK.

    Our database knows the weight of every part listed on our website, so in the majority of cases automatic delivery options can be chosen at the checkout. Unfortunately, penalties will be imposed by all dlivery companies if a parcel is particularly large in size compared to its weight, this is commonly known as “voluming out”. This means that sometimes we are unable to accurately quote delivery for orders until we have packed the parcel and confirmed the delivery cost.

    Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply in countries outside of the United Kingdom. All duties and taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country, over which we have no control.
