Restoration Competition Entry Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before submitting your entry.

1. Eligibility

1.1. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

1.2. Employees of Motaclan Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents, and the immediate family members or households of such individuals, are not eligible to enter.

1.3. Motaclan reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1. To enter, participants must email alex.devenneysorrentino@motaclan.com with their restoration project details as requested in the competition brief.

2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries (including entries using multiple email addresses) will not be counted..

2.3. Entries must be received by Thursday, 24th April 2025 at 17:00 (BST). Late, incomplete, or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

3. Prize & Selection of Winner

3.1. One winner will receive a £100 Motaclan voucher, valid for use on motaclan.com.

3.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

3.3. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions (e.g. expiry dates, minimum spend), which will be communicated to the winner upon issue

4. Use of Entries & Personal Data

4.1. The winner will be selected by the Motaclan Team.

4.2. The draw will take place no later than 1st May 2025.

4.3. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 7 days of the draw.

4.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Motaclan reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4.5. The winner’s name and town/city may be published on Motaclan’s website and social media channels.

5. General Terms

5.1. By entering this competition, you grant Motaclan the right to use your name, entry content (including any photos or written materials submitted), and details of your restoration project for promotional purposes, both online and offline, without additional compensation.

5.2. Any personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with Motaclan’s Privacy Policy, and will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition and for promotional activities related to the competition.

5.3. You have the right to withdraw your consent or request data deletion at any time by contacting info@motaclan.com.
